Adorable Baby Gifts with *WOW* Factor Presentation.

I have been eagerly waiting these gorgeous new gifts since I ordered them last month. Gifts For New Dads

With so much focus on the arrival of a new baby, it's easy to forgot the new Mum and Dad.
As a mum to three little ones, I was very grateful when I received a gift, 'just for me' (and one of the best was the sushi followed by a chocolate soft-serve sundae that I couldn't eat when I was pregnant. Weird combination but oh it worked so well ;))

I recently held a baby shower for my niece and at midnight the night before (crazy as I am) I thought I would like to try making my first nappy cake. HA! It was funny. It ended up being a mini nappy cake but it was cute and well received.

I found a great instructional video on You Tube (where else!). It is American, so the references are toward Diaper Cakes but the instructions are wonderful.

Baby Shower Gifts with the Oooh Aaah Factor

There are gifts for babies and then there are gifts!
I have found that practical gifts that are also beautiful are always welcome gifts.

I personally love presentation. That doesn't mean there has to be $30 of wrapping and adornments either. Some of my most treasured gifts are from my three and four year old sons. They wrapped the gifts themselves with the utmost of care and tenderness. Who knew second hand wrapping paper with two rolls of sticky tape could elicit tears from mum? Oh and the present was a gorgeous two colour texta drawing of.... me, I think! :)
